Terms of Business

  • The work area should be cleared of personal items prior to work starting.

  • The contractor requires access to electricity and running water during working hours if this is not able to be provided extra charges may be added or delays to works.

    Rubbish & Clean-up

  • All work areas will be left clean and tidy at the end of the job.

  • Rubbish and waste materials will be bagged in standard builders black bags and left neatly on site.

  • Rubbish removal is not included in the base price and can be arranged at an extra cost of £15 per bag if requested.

    Complaints & Disputes

  • Any concerns or complaints should be submitted in writing via email. This ensures both parties have a clear and fair record for reference and resolution.

    Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the agreed start date are subject to a 40% charge of the total job cost, unless the job is rescheduled within 4 weeks.

    Cancellations or Delays by Luxe

  • If The Luxe Tile Co needs to postpone or cancel the job due to sickness, emergencies, or unforeseen delays, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. A new date will be proposed at the earliest convenience. No financial penalty will apply to either party in such cases unless delays are excessive or unreasonable, in which case bothparties will agree a fair path forward.

    Additional Work

  • Unforeseen issues may arise (e.g., poor wall condition, structural surprises). Extra work not included in the original estimate is chargeable at the following rates:

    £50/hour

    £225/half day

    £450/full day

  • Any extra charges exceding 2 hours labour will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

    Photos & Portfolio Use

  • The Luxe Tile Co. may take before and after photos for portfolio and social media use.If you’d prefer us not to take photos or wish to have any image removed from our channels, please let us know at any time.
